AGREEMENT TO TERMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in Kudrant Lab or Kudrant Rescue+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Kudrant Lab and Kudrant Rescue+ are educational platforms providing Oracle Database Administration (DBA) training, mentorship, and community support. All content is for educational and professional development purposes only and should not be applied to live or production systems without authorization from your employer.

3. Member Conduct

• You must not share or upload any confidential or proprietary company data (such as IP addresses, hostnames, credentials, client names, or internal system details).

• All issues, screenshots, and shared content must be anonymized.

• You agree not to use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes, or to harass, spam, or misrepresent information.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, videos, guides, and scripts provided through Kudrant Lab and Kudrant Rescue+ are the intellectual property of Kudrant Academy and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Access to Kudrant Rescue+ and other premium programs requires payment in advance. Due to the digital and service-based nature of the program, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kudrant Academy and its instructors are not liable for any damages, data loss, or system issues resulting from the use or misuse of the training materials. Students are responsible for testing and verifying all code or configurations in approved non-production environments.

7. Termination

Kudrant Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these terms, shares confidential information, or engages in unprofessional conduct.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
